These terms apply to visitors of sitevalleyhub.click and people who enquire about training with Site Valley Hub (“we”, “us”).

Educational purpose

All studios, labs, clinics, notes, and Flow Desk materials are for education and skill practice only. Nothing on this site is financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or a personalised investment service.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting the contact form requests information or availability. A booking is formed only when we confirm dates, format, and fees in writing. Published prices are informational guides.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape content for resale, or present our materials as your own commercial product.

Intellectual property

Site text, worksheets distributed in sessions, and brand assets remain our property unless a written licence says otherwise. Session attendees may keep personal copies of handouts provided to them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after training. Our liability for confirmed paid sessions is limited to fees paid for the affected session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
